Do I need an architect for my project?

Most additions, remodels, and new builds in Los Angeles require stamped architectural drawings to permit. Smaller cosmetic work often does not. We'll tell you honestly which side of the line your project falls on.
Can you do architecture only, without the build?

Yes. We're happy to deliver a permit-ready architectural package and hand it off. That said, most clients value having the same team carry it through construction.
How long does the architectural phase take?

A straightforward addition runs about 8–12 weeks from concept to permit submission. Larger custom homes typically run 4–6 months. Permitting timelines depend on the city.
Do you handle permits and city reviews?

Yes. We prepare the submission package, respond to plan-check comments, and shepherd the drawings through approval.
Will I see 3D renderings?

When they help a decision — material studies, kitchen elevations, an exterior reveal — yes. We don't render for its own sake.
