Can we live in the home during construction?

For whole-home work, most clients prefer to relocate. We'll walk you through the trade-offs honestly during planning.
Will you preserve original features?

When they're worth preserving, yes — original floors, plaster, millwork, fireplaces. Part of the early conversation is deciding what to keep.
Do you handle design or do I bring my own designer?

Either works. We have in-house design capability and are also comfortable building from a designer or architect you already trust.
