For us, custom means the plan starts from zero — drawn for your site, your family, and the way you actually live. Not a template adapted to fit.
How long does a custom home take from first meeting to move-in?

Plan on roughly 18 months to 2 years. Four to eight months for design and permits, 12–18 months for construction. Complex sites can run longer.
Do I need to own the lot first?

Usually yes, though we're glad to walk a property with you before purchase and give you a feasibility read.
How are custom homes priced?

After discovery and concept work, we produce a detailed, line-item budget tied to the actual drawings. We track it weekly and document every change.
