How long does a ground-up home take to build?

Most custom homes run 12–18 months of construction, plus 4–8 months of design and permitting before that. Hillside and complex sites can run longer.
Do you handle the architecture or do I bring my own?

Either works. We have an in-house architectural team, and we're also comfortable building from drawings by an architect you've already chosen.
Do you handle permits and inspections?

Yes. We manage submissions, plan-check comments, and inspections with LADBS and any applicable agencies.
How do you handle budget?

We define scope, allowances, and a line-item budget early, then track it weekly. Change orders are documented and priced before any work begins.
Can I be involved in design decisions?

Absolutely. Custom homes are personal — we expect you in the room for the decisions that matter, and we'll protect you from the ones that don't.
